some of our Buddhas are made here, including the laughing Buddhas.  the company was set up by a Vietnamese man who returned from a life in the US with the wish to help socially in his native country.  his company is well known and trusted by our buyer, and he was very pleased to hear about our wish to help. he is himself actively involved in helping his employees and others in need.

one of the reasons he set up his business in the first place was to try to improve the economic lot of the people he employs. he is currently helping to support people suffering from the effects of chemical warfare, as well as his poorest employees.

he wrote:  "I am so happy to know that Windhorse has a social fund to help unlucky people. as you know in Vietnam there are a lot of forgotten people who get the consequence of diseases from chemical warfare. there are a lot of crippled people who need help. in my factory I have to support the workers who have lost limbs, every year I donate funds to help the crippled children. would you please join me to help the children?  …  in the past I have built a small house for my very poor employees.  also I helped the families with poor income especially when one of the key members of the family passed away..."  we have donated money for this work.
